The practice offers DOT-compliant SAP services, including evaluations, recommendations, follow-up reports, and Return-to-Duty guidance, as well as individual counseling for substance use, mental health, relapse prevention, anger management, and related life challenges. With a trauma-informed and spiritually grounded approach, Conscious Care helps clients build self-awareness, strengthen their recovery, and move toward lasting peace and stability.

LMSW — Licensed Master Social Worker

CPI — Certified Parenting Instructor
CATF — Certified Activity Therapy Facilitator
CAMS — Certified Anger Management Specialist
SAP — Substance Abuse Professional (qualified under U.S. Department of Transportation regulations to evaluate employees who violate DOT drug and alcohol testing rules)
Dr. Tanya Brandy Psy.D., LMSW, LPCT, MTh, CPI, CATF, CAMS, SAP is currently working under the supervision of Jessica G. Smith, MSW, LCSW-BACS, in accordance with professional licensing and regulatory guidelines.
